Takeoffs
We perform takeoffs using Carlson Takeoff software to the level of detail that
our clients require - from basic cut & fill analysis to complete project takeoffs
(see example takeoff reports). We provide 3D color drawings (electronic
and hard copy) for quantity verification, construction facilitation and
presentation purposes.
Because quantities are so important, each unique quantity (ie. paving, walks,
sewer, water, building pads, etc.) is calculated electronically and isolated on
a separate drawing. Manual mathematical errors are eliminated while each
quantity can be visually checked on its respective drawing.
