property.  Our services do not replace the A&E services - we supplement
them with highly specialized 3D analyses and renderings.

How our services benefit Land Developers & Land Owners:
  • What will the design actually look like?  It is to often discovered that
    what is actually being built looks significantly different from the
    perception of what was supposed to be built.  And of course, it is to
    late and to costly to make changes at that time.  A 3D Drive-thru &
    Aerial flyover provides the best means to seeing the finished project
    prior to construction.  Changes are easily made and the revised
    design (.dwg files) will be returned to the Architect or Engineer.

  • We evaluate any proposed plans and recommend improvements to
    maximize use and increase profitability.  These improvements range
    from site balancing to modifying proposed layouts whereby
    minimizing project costs (ie. imports, exports, blasting, unsuitable
    materials, de-watering, foundation drainage, etc.).

  • We create detailed 3D color drawings & drive-thru simulations that
    become focal points in presentations to financing partners and local
    authorities in order to support the feasibility of a project.  

  • 3D drawings & drive-thru simulations are great sales & marketing
    tools.  In the past, miniature models were made to illustrate the final
    look and feel of a project.  Unfortunately these models are expensive,
    non-portable, nearly impossible to change and to often are not
    scaled accurately.  3D simulations solve these problems while

  • We create conceptual designs for any property or proposed project.  
    We create 3D renderings from anything - from something as simple
    as an idea or a picture in your head, tell us as much as you can and
    we will create a 3D draft of it.  We then make changes together until
    the 3D rendering is exactly what you want.
