  • Our takeoffs are accurate - pure and simple.  2D & 3D drawings verify
    accuracy while takeoff reports clearly identify design criteria.  Nothing is
    missed.  3D color drawings and 3D drive-thru simulations allow
    employees to better conceptualize what is being built.

  • Bad bids (or estimates) are typically caused by bad quantities.  
    Estimators know best what their installation costs are.  The key variable
    is the real quantity of work to perform.  A fully independent takeoff will
    virtually eliminate costly mistakes.  

  • Utility conflicts and delays are almost a thing of the past with trench
    network analysis.  Utility design data is recalculated and a 2D trench
    network color drawing is generated.   This drawing represents actual
    slopes and rim elevations based on the latest proposed contours and
    invert elevations.  Trench excavations are color coded by depth (ie. 0-5ft, 5-
    10ft, 10-15ft, etc.).  Strata analysis indicates where rock and water will be
    encountered.  Planning early provides contractors the opportunity to re-
    route utilities or address obstacles before it's to late (ie. blasting rock vs.
    hammering).
