specifically suited for a particular piece of property.  We supplement this
service with highly specialized 3D analyses and renderings.  Simply put - we
help Architects & Engineers provide a better service to their clients.

How our services benefit Architects & Engineers:
  • We evaluate any proposed plans and recommend improvements to
    maximize use and increase profitability.  These improvements range
    from site balancing to modifying proposed layouts whereby
    minimizing project costs (ie. imports, exports, blasting, unsuitable
    materials, de-watering, foundation drainage, etc.).

  • We create detailed 3D color drawings & drive-thru simulations that
    become focal points in presentations to clients in order to support
    the feasibility of a project.  

  • For many people, it can be difficult to picture what a proposed design
    will actually look like.   3D Drive-thrus & Aerial flyovers provide a
    complete preview of the proposed project.  

  • Architects & Engineers are sometimes asked to provide a scope of
    work complete with cost estimate and quantities.  We can help
    generate or verify materials and earthwork quantities as well as
    recommend ways to minimize construction costs.
